Ambassador Attends The Ritz-­Carlton Leadership Center

On the heels of the company’s fifth year anniversary, several members of Ambassador Limousine & Sedan’s team recently attended training courses at The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center to gain valuable insight to the brand’s legendary service practices and to incorporate them into Ambassador’s operations.

“We’ve climbed Mount Everest, and we don’t want to die on the way down,” says Ken Lucci, CEO, of his company’s rapid growth. “I’m wholly committed to maintaining the high standards of quality I’ve set for my employees and business over the last 5 years, and I think these standards directly align with The Ritz-Carlton philosophy on business and hospitality.”

Lucci plans on revising Ambassador’s training manual this winter and will use many of the skills he learned in the course.
