California Company Celebrates Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Chauffeurs at Mosaic Global Transportation, the Redwood City, California-based company, celebrated Breast Cancer Awareness during the month of October by wearing pink ties instead of their normal company black tie. President and CEO Maurice Brewster also joined in on the action and committed to wearing pink every day of the month.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, an annual campaign to remind women that early detection of this disease leads to a better prognosis. “Breast cancer has a way of affecting everyone we know and love,” says Brewster. “Progress has been made; however, we still have a long way to go. As a father of four girls, this cause is personal, and I wanted to do something to show our support. For the past 5 years, Mosaic has supported Bras for the Cause (www.trivalleysocks.org) and will continue to sponsor their annual events.”
