The Advantage Funding group of companies announced that Alvaro “Al” Damiani has joined the company as chief financial officer. Damiani will manage Advantage’s treasury, finance, and accounting functions as well as shareholder relations. He will actively participate in establishing long-term strategic goals and will be responsible for executing the company’s plans. Damiani, a CPA, was previously the CFO of several large commercial finance companies, most recently of CIT Vendor Finance U.S., which is Citicapital’s Commercial Finance Group.
