Nashville-based Grand Avenue Worldwide recently announced the addition of Dave Arnholt as executive vice president and COO and Rebecca Kauffman as national affiliate manager.

“As Grand Avenue grows, it is critical that we have a seasoned leadership team in place to help move the company forward,” says President and CEO Carl Haley. “I am excited about the future of our company as these two professionals fulfill their new roles.”

Arnholt will lead all company operations, including service delivery, fleet management, and customer service. His prior experience includes a decade in operations and marketing for the trucking and transportation industry.

In her new role as national affiliate manager, Kauffman is charged with maintaining vital relationships with transportation partners across the country as well as identifying and cultivating new national affiliates. She joined Grand Avenue in April 2011 as a sales representative, and also has served as senior operations manager overseeing customer service and dispatch.
