Torgro Owner Acquires NJ Company

John E. Groff, owner and president of Torgro Worldwide Luxury Limousines in Atlantic City, N.J., has acquired J.P. Limo Services of Egg Harbor Township, N.J. This latest acquisition is part of Groff's strategic plan to continue growth within the luxury transportation sector. Groff says Torgro is located within a tank of gas of one-third of the nation's population, including New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C.

"As smaller operators felt the recession crunch, we offered buy-out or buy-in terms that served all parties," says Groff. "Even single- and two-vehicle operators saw advantages to [our] central dispatch and in-house legal services."
