Inks Alliance with Major NYC Venues
Partners Executive
Transportation, one of the largest New York ground transportation
service providers, recently signed contracts with Madison
Square Garden (MSG) and CitiField. As part of the deal
with MSG, Partners was named the Official Transportation
Company for the entertainment arena, which stretches
across all of MSG's properties, including its iconic
venues, professional sports teams, and media assets.
Partners will also receive branding in-arena on LED
and fixed signage during Knicks, Rangers, and Liberty
games, as well as concert events. They will have exclusive
marketing opportunities to premium customers in-arena,
and radio spots during Knicks and Rangers games.
"The
Madison Square Garden account is an incredibly exciting
mix of sports, entertainment, and business," says Sergio
Sanchez, executive vice president of Partners. "We are
thrilled that our experience and expertise has earned
the trust of MSG's management."
"When
we were looking to form an integrated relationship with
a ground transportation company, the primary criteria
was to find someone that not only had exemplary service,
but was also an industry leader. Partners fit that bill
perfectly," says Greg Elliott, senior vice president
of marketing partnerships, MSG Sports.
As
part of the deal with CitiField, the home of the N.Y.
Mets, Partners was named the Official Ground Transportation
Company for the team. The contract includes not only
managing the transportation for Mets' executive and
team members, but also developing fan packages as well
as building interest for corporate meetings and events
at the venue on days when the team isn't playing. Partners
has extensive experience with all types of personalities
and celebrities in sports, music, and entertainment.
Partner's Executive road show division will work to
support MSG's television and entertainment events around
the country, coordinating the ground transportation
required to move production staff and talent for the
company's full calendar of live sports and entertainment
events annually.
This
past June, Sanchez also took part in a fundraising event
for Greg Ball, a current assemblyman who is vying for
a state senator seat in N.Y. Luxury Base Operators Association
(LBOA), of which Sanchez is president, was a sponsor
of the event, and it was organized by Liam Tobin of
Leros Point to Point. Included on Sanchez's team was
Limousine Digest Publisher Chris Weiss; Arthur Messina,
owner of Create-A-Card; and Chris Nyikos, vice president
of Leros. For more info about Partners, visit www.partnersexecutive.com.
