Maxim Releases Customer Reservation App

Last month, Maxim Worldwide Chauffeured Transporation, based in Scottsdale, Ariz., released its brand-new customer app to rave reviews. Less than one week after launching, President Shane Handel says he received a dozen airport reservations and a five-hour as-directed from a new client—and had more than 50 clients sign up with their profile information. He says his only marketing up to that point had been one e-blast.

The app is based on The Limousine App (www.thelimousineapp.com), which is customizable for each company with its logo and specific information and is compatible with iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod and iTouch) and Android platforms. The Limousine App is created by Create-A-Card.

“I was expecting some response from the e-blast about the new application, but I never expected the strong results that we had since we started offering the app to our clients,” says Handel. “It is so easy for the client to make a reservation; and on our end, the reservation comes right into our software.”
