In response to the rise in corporate travel, Celebrity Worldwide Chauffeured Transportation recently hosted an “American Idol” style Job Fair at The Desmond Hotel & Convention Center this past November. Interviewees were moved through a four-step process, culminating with a final meeting in front of a panel of “judges.” “We think this process allow[ed] the applicants to really get a chance to show us their strengths, and ultimately, we will be assured of hiring the best talent to fill these positions,” says Celebrity CEO Dennis Adams.

According to Adams, the Malvern, Pa.-based company has grown in the last quarter, experiencing a tremendous amount of volume of business travel from the financial and pharmaceutical sectors and added five sedans to its fleet, bringing the total to 55 vehicles. The goal of the job fair was to recruit 10 to 15 new chauffeurs/motorcoach drivers. The company will also celebrate its 20-year anniversary this year.
