Limos.com Ranks on Forbes List
Limos.com,
an online limousine reservation service for customers worldwide,
recently ranked as #33 on the Forbes America’s 100 Most Promising
Companies list. Forbes, which releases the list annually,
called the company “the Expedia for black cars.”
Limos.com
was purchased in 2007 by CEO T.J. Clark and Vice President
Doug Anderson, both of whom were on the start-up team of travel-booking
site Hotwire.com. The original site was founded back in 1997,
a groundbreaking model at the time. It partners with limousine
companies across the world to offer discount service to customers
who are looking for luxury ground transportation. The company
also works with services like OpenTable, for restaurant reservations,
and Ticketmaster, which sells tickets for all kinds of events.
